“I first came across yoga in 2011 and through the years I had an opportunity to experiment with different kinds of practice. At one point, I attended a vinyasa yoga class and felt I found exactly what I was looking for - a perfect combination of movement and focus on the body, which as an outcome allows you to calm your thoughts and mind. This is for me the essence of yoga and what I would like to share with you - how to dive deeper into yourself, how to be more aware of your body and emotions, but also how to enjoy the practice and the time you give yourself on the mat.”
